Class C

Class “C” Course Overview and Description

Types of vehicles allowed to drive: any regular bus.
May also drive vehicles in Classes: D, F and G.

This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Metro offers the following packages for the Class C

Class C – Bronze Course (6.5 hours)

The expected course timeline is 2-3 days and consists of the following:

• 2 Hours of Vehicle Inspections
• 2 Hours of Yard Training and Road Driving
• 0.5 Hour of Railroad Crossing Procedures
• 2 Hours of Vehicle Supplied for the MTO Road Test
• Certificate Provided Upon Completion

$600.00 + HST

Includes all materials provided and instructional training.

Class C – Silver Course (9 hours)

The expected course timeline is 3-4 days and consists of the following:

• 4 Hours of Vehicle Inspections
• 2.5 Hours of Yard Training and Road Driving
• 0.5 Hour of Railroad Crossing Procedures
• 2 Hours of Vehicle Supplied for the MTO Road Test
• Certificate Provided Upon Completion

$800.00 + HST

Includes all materials provided and instructional training.

Class C – Gold Course (12 hours)

The expected course timeline is 4-5 days and consists of the following:

• 6 Hours of Vehicle Inspections
• 3.5 Hours of Yard Training and Road Driving
• 0.5 Hour of Railroad Crossing Procedures
• 2 Hours of Vehicle Supplied for the MTO Road Test
• Certificate Provided Upon Completion

$1000.00 + HST
